🧑🚀 18+ — choose with leverage
- Apply anyway. Then decide. Admission is an option you hold, not a promise you keep. Defer a year if you have momentum on something real.
- If college: go with a mission. Salim's actual test — go to start a company or find purpose there, not to drift through credits (EP #224). Use the network hard.
- If not college: pick a structure, not a void. YC / Thiel-style fellowships (EP #175), apprenticeships (EP #221), the new U.S. Space Academy (EP #285), or a job at a small startup — the highest-density classroom there is.
